Sorry, Settings Center applies to JAWS 12 and 13. You use the Configuration 
Manager, and I think you'll find it in the Text or Advanced dialogs.

Dave,
I'm finally getting around to messing with this delay setting. 
Unfortunately, when i press Insert F2, the only thing that says "settings," 
is the settings packager.  I don't see anything else with Settings in it. 
Where else might I find this?  Running JAWS 10.
