Actually that worked beautifuly with sib 3 when I did lyrics for SSA. I'm so used to tht version and keystrokes hve changed that I'm kind of overwhelmed. Not sure if that would work. Or perhaps you can simply go into the mode where you only have one staff on each page (can't remember what it's called now) but that will give you only the staff you're working on and leave the others alone. If you're working on a staff with two voices and need to edit only one, then try selecting one of the voices, and copy it temporarily to another staff, and then edit what you need, and then copy and paste the voice back. Just brain-storming.
