You can also spread out your actual notes (since the lyrics tie to notes) by changing the number of bars per system in one of the other plug-ins. I think it's called make layout uniform. If you happen to have Sib 6 installed, you can save your score after doing your best with it, making sure that the format is unlocked, and then open in Sib 6 to apply the magnetic layout feature. In the plug-ins menu I see an option for "Align lyrics", and another for "Reposition text". Do any of you have experience with either of these? I've been told that my scores with lyrics somehow have the words squashed together.
