[sib-access] Mixer not in focus

Dan,
I appear to have successfullly installed Sib Access RC1.However, opening
the mixer with Alt+CTRL+M opens the mixer without giving it focus.
Subsequent keystrokes yield the message that the mixer is open and needs to
be closed. Go to the window menu and make sure mixer is unchecked.
