In that case you cannot use the laptop keyboard.I've tried. Your best bet
really is to buy a cheap usb keyboard if you can. They are pretty cheap
mine was 9 bucks and can role up so I can put it in my laptop bag should I
wish to carry it.

sorry for sending this again, but really i'm in a miss.
i tried fn plus j,k,l etc, but they are working outside sibelius, but in
sibelius, no at all, what shall i do please? tel now, i can use sibelius
just for listening but can't write any musical note.
Cause i can't enter any time value.
