You could also try asking on the Braille Music Chat list if anyone has a
copy. Send a blank email to
Braille-music-chat-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
With 'subscribe' in the subject line.
Bill McCann also uses a tool called PDF2Music which he says he gets good
results from . I don't have the link immediately to hand, but he is on
this list and the Braille Chat list so you could try that route.

Hello, Dave,
I thought as much. I tried to get it in braille from RNIB, but guess
what?... Files no longer available. Can anyone on this list help? I'm
teaching it to a student and need it quite quick, so there is no point
in
sending it back there for rebrailling as it would take months!
I shall also go in search of the xml file.
