Oops. My mistake. I see that Annabel was trying to insert a bar at the beginning of the score. Claudio, I agree with you on that. It's the only way I've found, as well. I looked in the reference guide and also found nothing describing how to do this. I wonder if one of the plug-ins is capable of doing it? Select any staff item in the bar before where you want the new bar inserted. Do this by tabbing to a note or a rest in that bar. 2. Create/bar/single bar. A single bar will be inserted after that bar and push all other bars out. You can also select the create/bar/other... and insert more than one bar. And so you have empty bars at the beginning.
