I think the best combination that is still publicly available is Sibelius 5.25
and JAWS Versions earlier than 17.

I don't think you will find a satisfactory combination of Sibelius 8 and
NVDA.

Hi folks,
I am seriously thinking about jumping back in the Sibelius pool with NVDA.
Was curious to see what setups people were using. With Sibelius, is it
best to use a midi controller with an audio interface to take advantage of
the Sibelius sounds, or is it best to use a keyboard with built-in sounds
when composing with Sibelius. Also, with the current NVDA scripts, does it
work with the latest version of Sibelius which I believe is Sibelius 8?
Thanks for the help,
