Per the Reference manual, Sibelius already has import capability built in. I 
think it's File/Import.

It showed up in its own category called Music XML.  In that, there are three 
options.  About Dolet 6, Translate folder of scores to XML, and export XML. 
I don't see an import option.  what am I missing
