Actually you can input lyrics from a text file in the same way, without a plugin. Check the Sib manual for instructions on this. Got to be careful, since you need to anticipate each note (non-rest) in the score and how the words will lay on to them. Definitely not as easy as the chord input plugin. I haven't tried this myself; I'd rather do this directly into Sibelius. And I'm sure I'll use it for simple things again. chords on complicated rhythms are better done with a keyboard. but it's so fantastic be able to just copy all chord symbols for one staff in another this way.
