Karan,

Thanks for your interest in IBIS.  The major difference between IBIS 3.2
and IBIS 3.3 is that the first exists and the second doesn't.  :)

There is no IBIS 3.3.  The next revision after 3.2 is 4.0, which was
released in July, 2002.
