[SI-LIST] via resistance

Hi all,
How can I estimate the rf resistance of a via?
If I apply the simple formula r=3D rho x l / s , even taking into accou=
nt the
skin effect, I get extremely low values (about 3 mW @100MHz for a 0.3 m=
m
diameter,1 mm long via). I've heard of resistances up to 100 mW , so I
wonder if there is something else to be considered.
Can anybody tell me where I can find some references on this?
