[SI-LIST] via modeling for differential transmission line

Hi,
I am trying to simulate a microstrip structure in Hspice.The structure has two 
traces both with via's.I am trying to do with equivalent circuit of a via. i.e. 
with L and C.Do i need to consider the coupling effect in between the via's? if 
so any formulas to find that?
