B.L,
Here is a quick example of [Model Spec] keyword usage. The essential
idea=20
behind the keyword is to allow users to express per-corner thresholds
and=20
buffer delay measurement parameters.
[Model] MyModel
Model_type Input
|
Vinl =3D 1.65V
Vinh =3D 3.30V
|
|
| typ min max
|
C_comp 2.50pF 2.00pF
3.00pF
[Model Spec]
Vinl 1.650V 1.485V
1.815V
Vinh 3.300V 2.970V
3.630V
[Voltage Range] 5.000V 4.500V
5.500V
[Temperature Range] 25.0 100.0 0.0
|
[GND Clamp]
etc.
In the above example, the input thresholds are set at 1/3 and 2/3 of
Vcc.
Vcc in this example varies by +/- 10% around the target value of 5.0 V.
More information, plus another example, is available in the IBIS 4.0=20
specification, in Section 6. You can find this at the following URL:
http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ver4.0/
I hope this helps!
