I did try this in Cadence Spectre. It is always difficult when you don't
have any DC value in your S-par. So what I did was I added DC value manually
into the touchstone file. You can use any quasi-static extractor for this
e.g. Q3D, PakSI-E, TPA, Extract IM, and etc. I also chose the spine
interpolation property for the S-par. It went well.
