Jim, Dr. Johnson talks about it in his first book. You can also read my
materials available on the X2Y and Teraspeed web-sites. Also, even though
Larry and company advocate his many pole approach, the original paper from
1999 includes some discussion of how to bypass using the big "V", even
though he does not refer to it by that name.
