[SI-LIST] srec2flash utility

Hi All,
         I am in search of srec2flash utility that can convert the
Motorola's S-Record Format utility file to .flash format file that can be
downloaded into the flash memory. Can someone provide me with the utility or
guide me to a link that may be helpful ?
