Nazish,

If you want to reproduce the impedance plot on Figure 13 of the Xilinx 
Appnote 623,
instead of .NET, you can just use a .AC line (such as .AC DEC 1E2 1E2 
1E9), and
the V1 voltage will give you the impedance.
