nazish, if you want to troubleshoot your model, begin with the VRM.
It should look like at least a single series L/R, but can be refined
with additional L and R to match the large signal response. The bypass
caps s/b relatively easy once you know what you want to use and how you
intend to mount them, and the location of the power cavity in the
stack-up. If you have measurements that aren't lining up with the
simulation, be aware that a simulation that does not account for the
interconnect parasitics will give quite different results than
measurements at a given IC's power pins.
