[SI-LIST] simulation examples?

Hello to all!

I know about EMC and signal integrity problems but at theoretical level (just 
books). So, I am new in the signal integrity simulation area. Is there any free 
programme or evaluation programme for learning about signal integrity a bit 
more? any link or doc where I can learn about how do you make a simple 
simulation of a real problem with IBIS models etc?
