[SI-LIST] si post-process tool for sharing

I wrote a post-process tool for si engineering and
would like to share with people. It takes binary tr0
file format and measures most si parameters including
parallel and serial protocols. The tool has graphic
interface and is running under windows.
I don't have help document at this moment but most
operations are straight forward. If people like the
tool I may consider adding help file. Please give it a
try and feed back any bugs you find.
