[SI-LIST] separation of analog and digital ground on a package

Hi,
I have an analog PLL and digital logic on an ASIC and
I'm debating whether to connect the analog VSS and
digital VSS on the package substrate or to keep them
separate on the package substrate and connect them on
the board.
thoughts?
