[SI-LIST] s2ibis2 conversion

Hello,
    I need to convert Hspice model to IBIS model.  I downloaded s2ibis2 Win95 
version.  It asks for the Hspice Windows version in the path.  I don't have 
this program.  Is there any other mechanism to convert Hspice to IBIS without 
any tool license requirements.
