[SI-LIST] Re: s2ibis2 Problem

Abhijit,

You can fix the IV tables in a spreadsheet calculator, such as Microsoft =
Excel. Then export the corrected tables in a format that can be pasted =
back into the Ibis file.
Please excuse me if this is obvious, trivial, too laborious, or not =
automatic enough. It can fix your problem, and additional models will =
go much faster than the first one.

Subject: [SI-LIST] s2ibis2 Problem

I am having a problem using the s2ibis utility to generate IBIS files
from Spice. Below is a description of the problem.

The pullup and pulldown curves do not have the power clamp subtracted
from them. The ground clamp is however subtracted correctly.
This is not OK since pull up and pull down curves should not have the=20
clamp curve in them. I figured this could be something I was doing=20
wrong. So I ran the example tri-statable driver, and it produced the=20
same problem.

Has anyone come across this before? Any known patch I can get to=20
fix this? =20

Thank you.

Abhijit.
