[SI-LIST] question about hspice

Recently, I meet one problem about hspice. It is described following.
.param eps_nul=8.85e-12
.param cell_x=7.62e-3
.param cell_y=10.16e-3
.param d=406.4e-6
.param cell_c='esp_nul*cell_x*cell_y/d'
In theory, cell_c should be 1.69e-12. But the result of hspice is 10u. I guess
I miss some setting which define the minimum data. Could anybody tell me how to
set the simulation environment?
