Hi Marc,

Take a look at SIMIAN:

        Hello,

Does any one know of a public domain
        2 dimensional numerical method code
to calculate the RLGC parameters of
        arbitrarily shaped stripline geometries?

How about just the inductance and capacitance
        per unit length?

        Regards,

        Marc McDougall
