[SI-LIST] Re: power consuming of IC in different temperature

Hi Zhangkun,

no one will give you an exact answer, but in simplicity a power 
consumption of IC is a sum of:
 - leakage currents (which vary a lot with temperature, even double 
every 10oC)
 - dynamic switching currents dependent of switched capacitance which do 
not vary too much with temperature
 - resistive loads/terminators (in case of IO power) which also should 
not vary too much with temperature
