Hi, Zhangkun:
        I am not familar with this topic, while I think power consumption
(Power = I^2 * R) should be related to current and resistive component, so
process technology, transistor configuration will effect the actual value,
and it is not easy to conclude a specific power consumption varied with
temperature.
