Dear Zhangkun,
I don't believe there's a simple way to determine this other than by
measurement or manufacturers' data. The fundamental MOSFET physics is well
known (e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOSFET ), but there's no way of
knowing what temperature compensation circuits have been designed into a given
IC, nor how effective they are.
