Hi, Scott,

Cadence has SQ->Spectre->AMS Designer path.

Mentor has HyperLynx->SPICE/Eldo->AMS simulator path. I have not used ICX,
so I can't comment on whether HL or ICX is easier to use for AMS.

Mentor ICX,  has full VHDL-AMS and ELDO Spice support, which is why you 
see Gary Pratt discussing AMS on the list.
