[SI-LIST] low noise oscillators

Hi,
I am needing a crystal reference oscillator @ 10 MHz -- lowest phase
noise possible.
Anyone have any ideas?
I've found one from Wenzel that is
1 hz: -100 dbc
10Hz: -132 dBc
100Hz: -162 dBc
1kHz: -174 dBc
10kHz: -174 dBc
so, is this the state of the art, or can one expect to find something
better?
