I would recommend Tensolite HDSI type products for 100 ohm diff signaling and 
interconnects. They have a 178 series ribbonized cable that is very wide band ( 
11gb/s) and stands out very well in the market place.  This cable can perform, 
one can get one diff pair or up to 7 diff pairs in one ribbonized cable. 

 

Check out Tensolite cables or now Carlisle Interconnect products. Open the HDSI 
catalog to get the idea and cable electrical specs.
