Dear SI experts,
I am trying to generate a frequency domain response of
a lossy dielectric line. When I perform an inverse FFT I
get a non-causal response. I have found for skin effect
using Rskin*(1+j) in the numerator solves causality for
skin-effect. The dielectric loss in the denominator is
not as easy. Anyone know the answer?
Thanks in advance,
Alan
