[SI-LIST] how to start high speed PCB design ?

Hi experts, 
 
 
I want to design PCB at 2GHz . The circuit is not complex . But I have no idea 
on how many layers I should adopt and components selection . Can anybody give 
me some suggestions ,  related books or guide ? 
     Your help will be greatly thankful .
