Hi,
I am not sure about the types of ICs you are looking for . But if they are
LVDs or LVPECL ..........National, Onsemi, Semtech, TI make small ICs
running at about 600Mbs.
Hope that helps

Subject: [SI-LIST] high speed circuit diagram?
Dear SI-List,
I'm wondering if you can help me? I am a postgraduate student
working on a "Design Assistant" for high speed circuit boards - basically a
program which suggests electrical design rules for signal integrity based on
the circuit specifications. I want to design a board for a "high
speed circuit" and build it to prove that the design rules work. I am
however at a loss to find a suitable circuit diagram. Ideally, we want a
circuit:
- already designed (i.e. circuit diagram available)
- a small number (<5) of commercially available not-too-high-pincount IC's
- fast IC switching speeds and/or high operating frequency
- easily testable
Would anyone have suggestions?
Thanks,
Juan Manuel
