What sort of input data do you have?
SPICE models?
Physical measurements?
IV curves?

There are a couple of free tools on the market (check the IBIS web site)
that will help if you have some of these data.

Subject: [SI-LIST] help needed regarding IBIS modeling for an IC

Dear all,
Presently i am learning to work on IBIS models.
I have read a lot of materials available with me.
Almost all of them explained using a simple buffer as
an example. But if i have an IC then how to model it
into a buffer so that i can go for pullup or pulldown ??
CAN ANYONE PLESE HELP ME HOW TO MAKE AN IBIS MODEL FOR ANY IC??
