[SI-LIST] Re: gigabit ethernet trace length

Maybe this apparently arbitrary restriction is intended to minimize the
chance of coupling unintended energy, either common-mode or
differential-mode, into the circuit after the CM chokes in the magnetics
thereby creating a radiated emissions hazard.
