Chris,
All the tools mentioned below are great in getting the job done. Personally I
have had experiance with Innoveda/mentor graphics XTK. Though Candence's
SpectraQuest is also a fantastic tool, atleast from what I have heard.
Another tool I would suggest for pre-route simulations/back of the envelope
calculations is Applied Simulations RLGC. Its a quick and easy way to get fast
results, its good to give you a general idea.

What's about Hot-Stage from Zuken ?
And concerning library (IBIS or other formats if accepted by the tool), who
gives the best support ? Mentor seems to provide a good service on library
support, does anyone has an experience on this subject ?
