Hi Eric/All:
A few things on our site:
1. Visual IBIS Editor: =20
http://www.mentor.com/products/pcb/analysis_verification/hyperlynx/visua
l_ibis_editor.cfm
The Visual IBIS Editor is a program for creating, editing, verifying,
and maintaining IBIS (I/O Buffer Information Specification) device
models. Anyone who uses or creates IBIS models can benefit from using
the editor, regardless of whether or not they own any of Mentor's
HyperLynx and ICX products. Features:
* A large-file Windows text editor
* Integrated IBIS-syntax-check utility
* A graphical viewer for looking at IBIS V-I tables and waveform
tables
* An IBIS-file template generator
* A complete, self-contained online Help system
2. HyperLynx Tutorial:
There's an instructional version of HyperLynx online at
www.mentor.com/hyperlynx. It's the actual software - both pre- and
post-layout - but is limited in the files that it will work on. It's
accompanied by a complete text tutorial that walks users through some
problem solving for SI, crosstalk, SERDES design, and basic EMC issues.
(Link is on the right - "Demonstration software and Tutorial.")
