Design and high speed engineers please answer this.

Question1:
While creating the part table files ( .ptf files) for diode
do the librarian or engineer ever like to add the cut off voltage of the =
diode in the .ptf file ?

question2:=20
What all parameters of the diode are required while doing high speed =
simulation ?
