Agathon,

The laminate weave issues identified in for example Teraspeed DesignCon 
papers in 2005 and 2006 have been confirmed by multiple well known 
sources including Intel.  There are various corrective measures that can 
be used to deal with the issue.  Some are the subject of patent 
applications.
