Yoni,

Yes, just as Andy says, you can use a VCVS configured as a unity gain 
amplifier to re-reference to the local ground, in the same way that you 
would use one to re-reference a received signal to it's local ground.

Exxxx vector 0 VCVS vector_out local_ground  1
