Perry,

The waveshape is preserved if you have a resistive divider, or a
capacitive divider or an inductive divider.  From your stackup
I assume you have a capacitive divider case, where the coupling
capacitance creates a relatively wide-band voltage divider with
the input capacitance of the analog circuit.
