the TNT-MMTL is gui based, but it contains a commandline calculator, called
BEM. The whole thing is lots of TCL scripts, but if you
install it and copy the tcl scripts to a folder with a tclkit.exe +some
files, what you get is a commandline impedance calculator fieldsolver.

another option is the MDTLC with the ATLC program which is a DOS exe
commandline program.
