[SI-LIST] anyone plese help me

dear all,
 
can anyone suggest me regarding the following:
 
How to determine the values of resistors in series, parallel or thevenin 
terminations. also the cap value in RC shunt type terminations??
 
 
Can i have terminations on critical signals like clk, reset or address or data 
busses??? if so which termination is preferred??
