[SI-LIST] Young's modulus and Poisson ratio for a PCB

Hi folks
I would like to know if anyone knows a way to find 
the Young's modulus and Poisson ratio for a multilayer PCB
I find this information for the FR4 or other substrate
but I need to find it for a PCB ; say 1.6mmFR4 with 4 inner layer of 35um
of copper

Hope someone can help
