Hello, Varatharajan.M,

A 4-way cross can be hard to distinguish from a 4-way connection, especially
if one is in a hurry or not perfectly attentive. If the schematic is
photocopied or faxed, the dot can become too small and become "lost". This
caused numerous problems in the history of engineering.

Thus the preference for showing a 4-way cross as a two 3-way intersection.
