Hi Piyush,
For that operating frequency, though eventually the necessary frequency
band of the model
is determined by the signal's rise time, you should be able to get a
good start by TDR-ing
a sample if you get one. You can then put together a simple model to
match the TDR
response and use that model in the simulations.
