[SI-LIST] What should I do RF package substrate design?

Dear:
 
I have RF field background. And want to prepare the RF package substrate design.
 
There is no carrier of RF PCB or system level design.
 
To design substrate except the chip in package, please advise me about todo 
list,
 
training, or reference(web site or recommended material)?
