[SI-LIST] W-element in hspice

Hi, experts:

I had a problem on W-element in hspice.

I am using two kinds of ways to simulate two transmission lines:

1. Use 

W1 in1 0 out1 0 N=1 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030
W2 in2 0 out2 0 N=1 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030  
.model cps_102030 W MODELTYPE=RLGC
+ N=1
+ Lo=  7.955539012541763e-007
+ Co=  5.977204400100264e-011
+ Ro=    3362.163358282071
+ Rs=  0.01781587892113573
* Gd=  1.151478112888962e-010

2. Use 

W1 in1 in2 gnd1 out1 out2 gnd2 N=2 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030X2_30

Simulation with these two kins of configurations are different.  Can any one 
help me find the reason?
Any thing special in Hspice worth attention?
